ECHA is looking for information for a potential REACH restriction on certain hexavalent chromium substances.

The call for evidence is composed of two surveys to gather information related to (1) exposure and compliance with limit values; and (2) alternatives to Chromium (VI) substances.

The information will be used to prepare an Annex XV restriction proposal as requested by the European Commission.
Contributions are expected until 15 August 2024.
