The Forum for Exchange of Information on Enforcement has started a new pilot project to verify compliance with the notification and communication obligations of substances in articles under REACH. The aim of the pilot project is to determine the level and reasons for non-compliance and to raise awareness of the obligations. This pilot project will particularly target the suppliers of consumer articles.
