Only representatives must declare their non-EU manufacturers
Only representatives (ORs) will have to identify the non-EU manufacturer they represent from 26 April.
ORs must have a separate REACH-IT account for each non-EU manufacturer they represent and have the necessary registrations and contact information for each of them by 14 October 2022.
