The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is looking for an “Engineer in chemicals policy implementation” to mostly work on the establishment and further development of the Knowledge Platform of the Interreg NWE project ECHT and around chemicals regulations (REACH, CLP, POP) within the REACH&CLP Luxembourg Helpdesk.

The selected candidate will join the Environmental Policies (EPS) group, a research group which is part of the Sustainability Assessment and Circularity (SUSTAIN) research unit. The EPS group aims to contribute to the development towards a tox-free, circular and sustainable society via science-based support to the definition, implementation and evaluation of environmental policies at national and EU level (in particular policies around chemicals, (de)construction & waste, (industrial) installations, and soil) and regulatory support for RDI at the interface of science, technologies and policies.
