On 3^rd of April 2025, nearly 80 participants attended the online conference focusing on the recent CLP revision and the new obligations arising from it, organised by the REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg with the support of the Chamber of Craft.

This webinar was held to inform about the new requirements resulting from the recent revision of the CLP regulation, which entered into force in December 2024. The revision introduces new clarifications on the labelling rules and adapts them to different forms of trade. The regulation also promotes the circularity of chemical products, makes labelling clearer and easier to read, and ensures a higher level of protection against chemical hazards. Not to forget the deadlines playing on the new requirements.

Also, the Environment Agency (AEV) presented their activities on market surveillance.

This online session also served as a platform for participants to ask questions about the modifications of CLP.
