The REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg, with the support of the Chamber of Craft, is organising a webinar on the CLP revision and the new obligations arising from it. This webinar will take place on Thursday 3 April from 14:00 to 16:00.

On November 2024, the revision of CLP Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2024/2865) was published in the Official Journal and entered into force in December 2024. The revision updates the existing 2008 EU legislation, clarifies the rules on labelling chemical substances, and adapts them to different forms of trade. The regulation also promotes the circularity of chemical products, makes labelling clearer and easier to read, and ensures a higher level of protection against chemical hazards.

The REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg, with support of the chamber of Craft, organises an online information session to inform companies about the updated and new requirements introduced by the revision.
