The restriction on lead in gunshot in wetlands confirmed.

Indeed, in the case C-105/23 P, the European Court of Justice has dismissed the appeal brought by Firearms United Network Association and others against the judgment of the General Court which confirmed the European Commission's decision to restrict lead in gunshot in or around wetlands.

ECHA supported the Commission in this case. This judgment is final and no further appeal is available.
