Participate in the public consultation on the definition of an SME. The European Commission is reviewing the definition of an SME to ensure that it remains fit for purpose and meets its objectives in the current economic environment, and to evaluate the need for possible changes. The survey is available in all EU languages and open until 6 May.

The SME definition is relevant for European administrative exemptions and reduced fees, including reduced fees under REACH, CLP and BPR.
