A new Grand-Ducal Regulation amending Grand-Ducal Regulation of the 30th of July 2013 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment has been published in the Mémorial.

This new regulation amends the Annex II of the previous regulation by modifying the text of the entries 6 a, b and c, 7 a and c, 21 and 28. All changes refer to the use of lead in different parts of electrical and electronic equipment and transpose an adaptation of the European RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU into national law.

The text will enter into force on the 30^th of June 2019.
