A new Grand-Ducal Regulation amending Grand-Ducal Regulation of the 30^th of July 2013 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment has been published in the Memorial A.

This new regulation  modifies the Articles 2 and 3 of the previous regulation. The Annexes III (electrical and electronic equipment categories covered by the Regulation 30^th of July 2013) and IV (non-exhaustive list of electrical and electronic equipment falling into the categories listed in Annex III) have been repealed.
