A new regulation (Regulation (EU) 2019/1691) amending the Annexe V REACH has been published at the Official journal.

As reminder, the Annex V REACH is related to the exemptions from the obligation of registration according with the Article 2(7)(b). This regulation only modifies one point of this Annex and the point 12 “Compost and biogas” is now replaced by “Compost, biogas and digestate”.
