ECHA has just launched a new page on revocation and invalidity of registration decisions.

As reminder, under certain circumstances, companies can permanently or temporarily lose their REACH registration numbers. Registrations may be revoked or otherwise become invalid for different reasons. When this happens, the company is no longer allowed to manufacture or import the substance in the European Economic Area (EEA). 

ECHA also implements sanctions adopted by the Council of the European Union following Russia’s unprovoked military aggression against Ukraine. ECHA will freeze the REACH registrations of companies and individuals listed by the EU sanction legislation.
