A new Grand-Ducal Regulation amending Grand-Ducal Regulation of the 30th of July 2013 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment has been published in the Mémorial.

This new regulation amends Articles 1, 2 and 3 of the previous regulation with the addition and modification of certain paragraphs.

This new regulation will enter into force on the 12^th of July 2019.
